1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online store at www.bpa-racing.com.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The product presentations in our online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an order.

By clicking the button “Place order with obligation to pay”, you submit a binding order.

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. This does not yet constitute acceptance of your order.

The contract is concluded only when:

  • we send an order confirmation, or
  • the goods are dispatched

3. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include applicable VAT (MwSt.) in accordance with EU regulations.

Shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing your order.

Transparency note:
No hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the final price.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • Klarna (Pay later / Installments)
  • Bank Transfer (Prepayment)

Payment is due immediately upon order unless otherwise agreed.

5. Delivery Conditions

We deliver within Germany and to selected EU countries.

Estimated delivery time:
1–4 business days (Germany)
3–8 business days (EU)

If delays occur, we will inform you immediately.

If a product is unavailable, we reserve the right not to accept the order.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Law)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right, you must inform us by:

  • email, or
  • written statement

You must return the goods within 14 days after withdrawal.

Return costs are borne by the customer.

Trust booster:
We process refunds quickly after receiving the returned goods.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will issue a refund using the original payment method.

Refunds are processed within up to 14 days.

8. Warranty and Liability

Statutory warranty rights apply.

We are liable without limitation for:

  • intent and gross negligence
  • damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health

In all other cases, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

10. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for Online Dispute Resolution (ODR):

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

13. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
