Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is:

• 14 days from the day you, or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier), take possession of the goods
• In case of multiple items delivered separately: 14 days from receiving the last item

2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g. email or letter):

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal request before the 14-day period expires.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract:

• We will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs
• Additional costs (e.g. express shipping) will not be refunded
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice

We may withhold the refund until:

• we have received the returned goods, or
• you provide proof of return

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Return of Goods

You must return the goods:

• within 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal
• to the address provided above

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods

5. Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any loss in value if it results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods made to customer specifications or clearly personalized
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed
