These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through our online store at bpa-racing.com.

2. Conclusion of Contract
Product listings in our online store are an invitation to place an order and do not constitute a binding offer.
You can review and correct your order details before submitting your order. By submitting your order using the final checkout button, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email. An acknowledgement of receipt alone does not constitute acceptance unless it expressly confirms that we accept your order.
The contract is concluded when we accept your order by email or dispatch the goods, whichever occurs first.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
Prices include applicable VAT unless a tax exemption applies and is reflected at checkout.
Shipping charges and the total amount payable to us are displayed before you submit your order.
4. Payment Methods
The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Depending on your country, device and order, these may include credit or debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Payment is due in accordance with the payment method selected at checkout. Where an invoice or instalment option is offered, the agreed payment schedule applies.
If bank transfer in advance is offered and selected, payment instructions will be provided and the goods will be dispatched after payment has been received.
5. Delivery Conditions
Available delivery destinations and shipping options are shown during checkout.
Unless a different delivery time is stated for the product or at checkout, our estimated delivery times are:
- Germany: 1–4 business days.
- Other EU destinations: 3–8 business days.
For payment by bank transfer in advance, the delivery period starts after we receive your payment.
If we become aware of a delivery delay, we will inform you promptly. Your statutory rights in the event of a delay remain unaffected.
If goods are unavailable before we accept your order, we will inform you and refund any payment already received for those goods.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason, subject to the applicable statutory exceptions.
For goods, this period generally begins after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the goods. If goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period begins after receipt of the last item.

You may notify us of your withdrawal by a clear statement, for example by email or letter, or use our Withdraw from contract form. If you use the online form, we will promptly email you an acknowledgement containing your withdrawal details and the date and time of receipt.
Please return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal, to:

The return deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before this period expires. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods, as stated in our Cancellation Policy.
These withdrawal provisions do not limit your statutory rights where goods are defective or do not conform to the contract.
7. Refunds Following Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option.
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.
We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect the goods.
We will use the same payment method as for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any reimbursement fees.
8. Statutory Warranty and Liability
Your statutory rights in respect of defective or non-conforming goods apply.
Our liability is governed by the applicable statutory provisions. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or restrict mandatory statutory rights.

9. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.
10. Data Protection

11. Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
12. Applicable Law
German law applies, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of habitual residence that would apply in the absence of this choice.
13. Final Provisions
If a provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, the consequences are governed by the applicable statutory rules. Statutory provisions apply in place of invalid terms where required by law.
