Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

1. Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. If goods from a single order are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after you or that third party receive the last item.

2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement, for example by email or letter:

You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

You can also submit your withdrawal electronically using our Withdraw from contract form. If you use this option, we will promptly email you an acknowledgement containing your withdrawal details and the date and time of receipt.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery option.

We will reimburse you without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We will use the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

4. Return of Goods

Please send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal, to:

The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the 14-day period expires.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

5. Condition of Returned Goods

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, provided that we have properly informed you of your right of withdrawal.

6. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• goods that are not prefabricated and are made on the basis of an individual choice or decision by the consumer, or goods that are clearly personalised;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if they have been unsealed after delivery.
